The Miracle League of Alexandria (MLA) is cordially inviting the public to come view representatives from the City of Alexandria Police Department, Honor Guard, Sheriff’s Department, and Fire Department/EMS and the league’s youth players participate in our annual Miracle League of Alexandria’s “First Responders” Day Ceremony/Game as MLA remembers the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001.
The ceremony and game will be held on Wednesday, September 16, at 4:20 pm, at the Kelley Cares Miracle Field, located at the Lee Center, 1108 Jefferson Street. The inclement weather site would be in the Nannie J. Lee Center across from the Miracle Field.
The ceremony/game are open to the public. Come join the MLA as “We will “WE WILL NEVER FORGET 9/11.”
